RELAX & REVITALISE

The Relax & Reviltalise is exactly that. An amazing package that helps to rebalance your body and mind. The pamper starts by you laying on my couch preparing yourself for a relaxing Indian Massage using preblended aromatherapy oils of your choosing. This combines a upper back, shoulder, neck and scalp massage before getting you to turn over to continue your heavenly treatment by applying a hot steam towel to cleanse the face followed by a facial massage using Neals Yard Remedies Facial Oil.

If that wasn't enough in your enhanced state of relaxation I then move the feet and apply hot steam towels. Using Organic foot balm, working both feet at the same time I will apply pressure to the reflex points of the feet using NEPIP reflexology techniques. These techniques focus on rebalancing the Nervous, Immune, Endocrine and Lymbic Systems increasing relaxation and revitalising at the same time.

HEAD 2 TOE RESTORE

The Head 2 Toe Restore is a wonderful package that helps to rebalance the whole body The pamper starts by you laying on my couch preparing yourself for a relaxing Indian Massage using preblended aromatherapy oils of your choosing. Moving on to release the tension in the hands and arms I then start to work reflex points on the hands, stretching out those aches using beautiful oils leaving hands soft and tension free. You will now feel like you are floating so much so that the added benefit of hot steam towels applied to the feet increase the state of relaxation you are now experiencing. Using Organic foot balm, I work the reflex points of the feet starting with relaxation techniques that release all the tension and aches in the lower legs. A beautiful restoration of the body from the head to the toes.

Lie back and experience the full body holistic massage using preblended aromatherapy oils followed me cleansing the face using hot steam towels, Double Deep Cleanse, Steam, Exfoliation, Face Mask, Facial Massage, Lymph Drainage, Scalp, Tone & Moisturise. Facial reflexology is included as well as facial massage to remove blockages within your meridians. Reiki energy flows during your scalp massage to help balance your chakras Crystals are used throughout the treatment in the form of a Gua Sha & spheres.

Neals Yard Remedies Organic products are used as part of the facial with products that suit your skin type.
